I’ve always known I was meant to do more than style hair I was meant to transform lives. My entrepreneurial journey started early, selling candy in elementary school all the way through high school. That hustle funded my first beauty business at just 11 years old.
But at 13, one client changed my life forever. She came to me for a sew-in, and after a few visits, she revealed she was battling stage 4 cancer. Her hair was falling out from chemotherapy, and I could see how much it affected her spirit. I had never made a wig before, but I promised her I would. That day, with my little 13-year-old hands, I made her first wig by hand restoring not just her hair, but her confidence. She looked in the mirror and said, “I look like me again.” That moment shaped my purpose.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: stylist, entrepreneur, mother, mentor, and builder of brands that help women rise. I’ve learned that beauty is just the beginning. Real transformation happens when women rediscover their voice, their worth, and their ability to create a life that aligns with who they truly are.
